Waiting. Waiting. Waiting. Waiting....
Sitting, looking, dreaming, hoping, anticipating, observing, learning, growing, changing, waiting.
Waiting for something to change. Anxious and in suspense, waiting for something to happen. Waiting for her hopes and dreams to come to true. Day after day, week after week, month after month, year after year....waiting.
Looking to the future, knowing there is more. There has to be more....and there is, but patience is a virtue that works in her as she waits. Patience changes her on the inside, changing her soul, reforming her attitude and character...
Waiting can be difficult, especially in the fast paced society we live today where many things are expected instantly.
However when we are waiting for a breakthrough in our life, unfortunately sometimes we have to endure the wait. As we are doing so, things are exposed in us, and we find out who we really are under pressure. Sometimes changes take place on the inside of us before we see anything happen on the outside.
No matter how long it takes, we can trust God that He is taking care of the situation. He says He gives us the desires of our heart and His promises are true whether we see an instant change or not. We can rest and be confident knowing that, what we are believing and waitng for, will come to pass in God's perfect timing...
